Hi - We are using Sage 50 Quantum and am trying to enter Dec31/19 dated payroll cheques (we are on semi-monthly) and the auto source deductions are greyed out. It is acting like we have already moved into the 2020 calendar year but we have not done so yet - the latest date selected is still Dec31/19. WE have downloaded the 2020 version but not the 2020.1 version.

When trying to do this payroll the chq date is Dec31/19 and payperiod from Dec16/19-Dec31/19 - we can enter amounts into the various source deduction but we need the auto calculation to ensure we have the correct EI and CPP amounts.

Any idea why this is happening??
