I share companies with several users. On January 25, 2019, the first person to open the Sage 50c (Sage Drive) file that day was able to access the company. Subsequent users, who tried to open the file receive an error message saying that a required data file is missing. "Cannot open company file C:.... A required data file is missing. Check your data directory to be sure that the files are there."
Only the person who opened the file on January 25, 2019 has access. Everyone else continues to receive the error message above.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?
Note: this is the Sage 50c Canadian Edition.
Can you try re-downloading the file on the problem computer?
