What do you mean by "clear out projects".

Are you trying to mark them all Inactive so they don't show in data entry screens but are still available for reporting?

I'm trying to delete them...but you  can only delete them one at a time as far as I can see. I have projects dated back to 2011 and deleting each one individually is very tedious

Yes, it's definitely easier if it is done at the time but then again, we don't always know when a project is completely finished.

Richard, I would think a project that is from 2011 is definately finished.. I  would love to clear out projects that are older than 3 years . If you could put a word in with the writers/programmers of Sage that would help. You can clear out many things just not projects which is crazy. Also I sent you a private message!
