When I run my BI reports, I am only given the option to select a month to display. How can I run the report for a prior fiscal year?

The fact that I can only run reports for the current fiscal year, causes me great concern at year end. As soon as I advance to the next fiscal, I lose the reports for the previous one. My only recourse is to keep TWO copies of the SAGE file and maintain them both. 

I see the prior year data is on one of the excel spreadsheets attached to the workbook. But the formatted statement just reports on the current year data (actual). How do I get it to report the prior year's data. 

It would make sense that the year to report would be selected before the report is run, but I don't see where to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
