BiCore Script out of range error

On a Windows 10, 64 bit PC I am running Excel 365 in 32 bit mode. I am trying to use an Excel workbook to create a template for a custom financial report. I get an "Error Number: 9, Subscript out of range" BitCore error & the template will not create. I can copy & run the system financial reports no problem but I can't create a report with my own based on an Excel workbook I have created & is open during the creation process. I have used IR since 2014 & created many of my own workbooks & reports based on templates created from my own workbooks. I have been running Excel 365 since this summer. The only change in the system was when I had to update from Sage 50 CDN 2018 to the 2019 version along with the associated IR update 2 weeks ago, all supervised by IR Support.

IR support has no solution to the problem & their only recommendation was getting rid of Excel 365.

Has anyone run into this on Excel 365 & found a solution?
