If the Connection Manager is installed on all computers using the Sage file and for some reason it did not start running you can always manually start it by clicking on the Connection Manager Icon on the task bar. Be sure the same version of Connection Manager is installed on both (all) computers.

I found the real issue it seems that if the shared company is running i cant use mutli user but if I pause the shared company i can use multi user but not both at the same time, yet we have been running fine for months and now this issue pops up
