SAGE sadly do not work on weekends, no support whatsoever, if you have a problem during the weekend then you are screwed, at least I though I will reach chat support, yet I have been trying to reach CHAT online support, NO, no more chat support during weekends also, this sucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have uploaded the database backup, SAGE still sleeping and dreaming, they do not care if customers need urgent support, I have platinum support and weekends are dead for SAGE. the worst company ever.
Is there anyway somebody can help to corrupted database (Company file) ? the maintenance advanced check tool comes back with no errors, sadly no recent good backup that I can restore
I thought while employees are off during the weekend I can fix the issue with sage, but unfortunately SAGE does not care, even they know that they loose customers a lot to different competitors.
Any idea on how I can deal with the broken database today?
