I have a third party payroll software, is it possible to integrate sage50 payroll functions with that payroll software?

Generally speaking if you use a third party software then the Payroll is stand-alone. Some third party payroll providers have import integrations with various software but Sage 50 is not one of them that I know of. Payroll can be integrated if a custom import can be created through a journal entry.
