I tested this and it is a problem.
The workaround for this issue right now is to open the file in single-user mode and import from the file menu. Sage is aware of the issue and is working on a solution. Single-user mode is not ideal for many organisations but it is at least an option right now. I tested File, Import and it still works in 2023.
