I created a new company in Sage which is rarely used and created a special user and password  for my boss should he ever need to log in. I cannot log on using his login info because no one has opened the database since the last update...and now Sage is requiring me to log on as system administrator to run the update before proceeding. I don't recall ever setting up a password for system administrator? What are my options to recover a forgotten password?
