I can't start a new year

Hi Sage Community,

I'm trying to start a new year but I receive an error message "An error has occured transfering the data of the actual exercice to the previous one". (first image)

I ran the "advanced verification" but didn't work either (second image)

Anybody can help out?

    This sound like a problem with your database - bad enough that the automatic fixing in the advanced verification utility won't fix the problem.  You basically have 2 choices, and they are both inconvenient.  You'll have to choose the one you think will be least inconvenient.  Choice A:  Find a 'clean' backup, restore it, re-enter all transactions from that date forward, and try again to start the new fiscal year.  Choice B:  Contact Sage support (not this forum, where users help other users, but the actual Sage support line) and arrange for them to repair your database for you.  Depending on your support plan, you may need to pay for this service.
