Hi Joy:

You must ensure you have taxes setup for QST and QGST and tax codes which use both QST and QGST in Setup, Settings, Company, Sales Taxes, Taxes and Tax Codes. I have a tax code named QB which uses both QST with 9.975% and QGST with 5%.

Look at my 3rd screen shot. You have probably not set up the tax code properly. When you create your tax code as you have as G and Q, you need to double click on the code to set it up. As you can see I have set up a code called QB. I have both taxes setup under one tax code for ease of use. It calculates 5% QGST and 9.975% QST Extra.

My tax codes are setup.  It's the report that I don't like.  There's a line for QST 7.5% and another one QST 9.975%.  I want to get rid of the line QST 7.5%.  Please see my report sample earlier

The reason the QST 7.5% is showing up is because there have been some prior entries using that rate.
