Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer to your question? Below are screenshots of the sample company Sage 50 CA data for Credit cards used / accepted linked accounts.
You'll need to create the "credit card used" Payable / Expense Accounts and "credit card accepted" Asset / Expense Accounts in your chart of accounts under the Company > Chart of accounts module, if you don't already have these accounts set up.
You can open the sample company to view how these accounts are set up.
