Error Message when trying to open SAGE 50 today

Trying to open Sage and am getting this error message

You cannot open this company. It was created in a newer version or is incompatible with your SAGE 50 solution. Please contact the file owner/creator for a different version or contact SAGE to upgrade.

I was able to open it last week with no problem, I have kept up to date with any upgrades/downloads etc.

HELP!!!

Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? If you are still looking for guidance, please let us know and we can try to point you in the right direction or suggest some resources or next steps.

One thing to try is to double check which shortcut icon was used to launch Sage 50 CA in case you have multiple versions years of the software installed. The KB below details some other steps:
