Bank Feed can't get transactions - "No transactions have been downloaded. Sage is up to date"

Having trouble with the "Get Transactions" button in the Match Bank Transactions window.   It's been working just fine for months, up until a week ago.

When I click it, I get the message "No transactions have been downloaded.  Sage is up to date."  The last transactions downloaded are from 9 days ago, and there have been many transactions every day since then.

Sage says the delay is with the bank (BMO in this case) and is typically 2-3 days.   9 days seems extreme to me.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

    HI HAVE SAME ISSUE WITH ALL MY ACCOUNTS CREDIT AND CHEQUIN, BUT DESPITE SPENDING HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH SAGE TEAM NO RESULT THEY SAY THE PROBLEM IS THE BANK, THE BANK SAY THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM.

    WHO IN SAGE DID YOU ADRESS YOUR ISSUE TOO? CAN YOU GIVE ME A NUMBER OR DIDI YOU CALL THE USUAL HELP LINE, WOULD APRECIATE THE HELP
