Did you actually "Delete and Reinstall" or Uninstall and Reinstall?

With deleting, you could have deleted your data file, but with uninstalling it is unlikely.

So open the program, select Open an Existing file and hit the dropdown beside Filename to see if your file is listed.

If not, just use Windows Explorer to search for *.sai to see if you can find it.

If that fails, then use the Create New Company option on the initial start up dialog.

I think I did delete the file when I start the program it goes right to the file explorer it gives me no option to start a new company

I found the file I still have a lot of questions on setup and mistakes I made can do I have to set up a service plan or can I just ask questions on here. I put in two service tickets for the same problem by mistake can I have the second one back? Is there a number to call to get setup
