Sage 50 Premium Edition Reports and Forms

Upgraded to Premium from Pro and unable to use our saved custom sales form and when customizing journal, print preview does not look like the actual form.  Also unable to create a text field to type work order number in manually under date field.

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? Upgrading your Sage 50 CA edition from Pro to Premium shouldn't cause issues with misplaced custom forms. KB 12121 advises on steps to take. Note that where the custom forms are saved should be reviewed, if on a network, try to save them in a folder that is accessible by all users (avoid the My Documents folder which tends to only give access to 1 user).
