Remote Data Access & Using AutoEntry

Hello - I've setup Remote Data Access so we can work from home but I'm also trying to use AutoEntry for AP.  AutoEntry does not seem to work with "share" mode so I'm wondering if anyone has a work around for this?  Maybe once AutoEntry is "connected" through the sync app, you can switch to share mode?  Any thoughts would be helpful.  Thankyou.

    Thanks for reaching out. Did you ever find an answer for this issue? If you are still looking for guidance, please let us know.

    Did run this by the team who advised to see KB 107422 which states that "As of the current version 2021, AutoEntry does not work with Sage 50 company file if the file is shared using Remote Data Access (Sage Drive)."  The support team is currently testing a fix that will hopefully be included in the upcoming late June release.

    In the meantime, see this resource from the AutoEntry team:
    "In order for AutoEntry to be able to connect to your Sage 50 Canada company stored on your computer, (you'll need to use) an application called AutoEntry Sync." Also note that "Sage 50 has to be used on the multi-user mode and we suggest creating an additional user within Sage 50 Canada that will be used by the AutoEntry Sync Application only."
