what should i so ?

Hi Bo:
Go to your previous backup, restore it with a new name and clear some history to free up some storage capacity. Another solution is to save as your data file with a new name then clear some old history from the file and continue using the new file. When looking up information and your new copy is unable to find the information go to the older data file and lookup the information you need.
Hope this helps!
I rarely disagree with Randy but please don't restore your file to fix this issue and do not delete any data yet.
First close Sage 50. Then take a backup of your file by copying the *.sai file and *.saj folder to some other location.
Then move the errorlog.txt file out of the *.saj folder.
Then open the program and see if you can do a backup.

I appreciate your comments! You are more familiar with data issues than I am. Thanks for responding!
I encountered the same problem. And I have tried your way and delete the errorlog.txt from the *.saj folder then backup again. It still doesn't work. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
How big is the ibdata1 file in your *.saj folder?
What are the other filenames in the *.saj folder? If you have any *.cab files in the *.saj folder, move them to another location and try the backup again.
*.saj folder is 2.34G. No *.cab files in the *.saj.
*.saj folder list as below:
folder: mysql, performance_schema, simply, sys
files: auto.cnf, ib_buffer_pool, ib_logfile0, ib_logfile1, ibdata1
