First, You have installed Sage 50 Premium Canadian Edition, I hope the file the other lady is using is Sage 50 Premium or Pro. If you have the same version (currently 2019.3) or at least the same or newer version than the one the lady is using. If she takes a back up of her file it should be able to be emailed. Some email providers do not allow larger files to be transferred by email. The use of Drop Box or similar may work. I have also used GoToAssist to transfer files. You will then be able to restore the file. However, there is still one important item. Sage 50 Canadian does not run on a Mac Book unless you are running a virtual program that allows the Mac to act like a PC.
