Hi all!
im a bit disapointed!
After some research i bought Sage 50 Premium Accounting and installed it but some features are not working

as shown, sales debit notes, credit notes, delivery orders and received notes should be available but are not i get the following error;
I contacted the support but told be to contact Sales which i did
they told me that i bought a discontinued version of Sage and would need to upgrade to Sage 50 Cloud at 3time the price to get the feature
I've shown them the link but they keep telling me its for the cloud version....
then why is the feature inside the software but unactivated ?
She also told me that the sage 50 2023 I bought will stop working after a year … why is my 2017 version still working ?
