If you are specifically talking about showing Jane invoices 100 and 101 but showing 100 and hiding 101 from Bob then I think your only option is to set the Journal Lookup and Reports security to off for Bob.  However, Bob would not be able to look up any invoice, only Enter them.

I haven't played with the security in this manner in probably close to 15 years, so you should do a quick test (maybe in the sample file) to see how these changes make the program act before you implement this kind of restriction.
