EFT Direct Deposit through Credit Union

Question

I'm working on setting up my EFT Direct Deposit through Sage, and my Credit Union bank. 
 The bank has set me up with CAFT and a username and password combo to upload my payroll EFT file too, however, Sage does not let me create any EFT references. Do I need to pay for an upgrade in order to use the EFT feature to export the files?? 
 Also, has anyone used a credit union for EFT that is not on the drop down list when you set up a bank? Do you just pick a national bank? It forces me to pick one, but Synergy Credit Union is not on there.

We use EFT through Sage for payroll but are linked to RBC not a Credit Union. If your credit union is not on the drop down list I suspect the CPA standard option would work but am not 100% sure on that. 
 Using the 'Upload Direct Deposit' option from the Payroll window you should be able to get a reference number automatically. Once you have selected the transactions for deposit and hit Upload, the next screen will ask you to choose the Transaction Date or Funds Available date and below that is a field for Creation No. and date which would be your reference number.
