Payroll deduction not working for hourly

Question

I was beginning payroll, when I got a notification that I didn't have payroll, and to click to get payroll, and then it said it worked... weird... I have a card on file to pay for my next year. When I went to process payroll, none of the hourly employees are having any deductions taken off. I am in Canada Sage 50. And of course, the helpdesk is closed for the weekend. Does anyone have any ideas so I can get payroll done?

 Thanks for reaching out. Looks like our support team was able to assist you in resolving this issue. 
 Was it the below steps that ended up helping? 
 
 Select Help , then Update service plan 
 Select Check service plan 
 Select OK 
 Verify that you can now run payroll for all your employees
