Hello! We're running 2018.4 on a few computers in our small non-profit accounting office.
Long story short, we needed to do a new installation on a computer, and only have installers up to 2018.3. Now the computer with the new installation isn't able to open the database without risking the data, and I can't download 2018.4 because I don't have the installer.
Does anyone out there happen to have the installer file for 2018.4?
Oh, and I've looked at the Customer Portal, but it is all blank! I can't edit anything, including my profile and financial information. Something seems broken about it.
