Because you didn't give us all the information, I'll have to guess you tried to save it to the same location as the original forms.

If so, then Windows is controlling that message.  Over the last few versions of Windows, Microsoft has been getting cranky about people putting their data and custom information in a place they deem responsible for only the original program information.

Sage protects their original templates so you can't overwrite them and therefore there will always be the original to start with again for any company you do books for.

The solution is to save the custom *.sfm in a location close to your company file (*.sai file and *.saj folder).  That way you will not get these messages and if you have more than one person doing your books, they can use the same template.  If you require future changes to the form, all users will be updated at the same time with a change to only one file.
