SAGE X3 CRM TASK ERROR

Good day

We are using Sage X3 CRM tasks for users internally to log tickets for support.

Since last week we suddenly get this error on V12 P29. Any idea to how resolve it?

    This looks like an error message that has to be reviewed and investigated in the environment where it is occurring.

    Kindly raise a relevant support ticket using the support structure for X3 Support Customer Services South Africa.
