This generally occurs when there is an issue between the Console and the Syracuse.
The repair on this is usually resolved by following the below steps. If the below does not resolve your concern, you can log a call with the BP and they can contact Sage Support.
- Re-install the Syracuse component.
- Re-configure the console.
- Install a newer version of the Syracuse component.
- Install all components and patch up to a newer patch level.
For interest sake, it is suggested that your environment be kept as up to date as possible, preferably current patch level or not less than two (2) lower that current, this ensures that the likelihood of bugs or know issues is minimised.
