How to add payslips to show on employee contract

Issue:

After creating multiple payslips, the system is only picking up one payslip as a payslip that can be selected  on the employee’s contract

Solution:

Use GESARX(Print code) under Setup > Destinations to add a payslip. This will ensure that the payslip shows on payroll lookup on employee contract.

SA-PAYSLIP is used as an example below.

 

Selecting Reports, make sure that the Report code is active.

Save the Report and go back to employee Contract, the payslip must now show under payslip on Payroll
