Issue: 

When we want to use the payslip by email (FUNEMLPAY) to send payslips to employees by email there is some setup that needs to be completed. Path: Payroll>Payslip> Payslip by Email.  

Resolution: Please follow the steps below to complete the setup.  

• Ensure that the print parameters are setup on parameter values.  

Setup > Parameter values> Common data> Folder > Mis.

• Ensure that the print server linked is active, can receive and send emails.  

Setup> Destination > Destination> Select the mail linked to the mail destination on Parameters.  

• Ensure that the workflow rule has been setup. 

 Setup> Workflow> Workflow Rule> EMLPAY 

• Ensure that the sequence number definition is setup and linked. 

Setup> General parameters> Sequence Number Definition> Structure> WRK 

• Ensure that the employee record has an email address and supervisor linked.
