Dear X3 HR and Payroll User, 

An issue has been identified on the employer reference number on the UIF extract where the UIF registration number on the company’s legal data screen is less than eight characters.

Code 8020, 8110 and 8115 have been updated on the UIF extract to zero-fill the UIF reference number from the left to allow for nine characters on the extract.

 Please see the following hotfix attached to rectify the issue:

• Version 9: V9_UIF_EmplRef_Update.zip
• Version 12: V12_UIF_EmplRef_Update.zip

The patch(es) must be integrated to the reference folder only.- Please request this from the Support Team 

Please note that this change only affects company’s where the UIF registration number on the company’s legal data screen is less than eight characters.

The updated UIF extract will be included in release HR U9.0.19 (version 9) and 2020 R4 (12.0.24) (version 12).
