Issue:
If you Security Profiles are not setup Properly, ESS users have access to Editing the Role details when logged onto ESS and they view Role details > Select a role > select the action box > and click detail > And the Edit button is enabled on the Roles Screen
Resolution:
- Logon to Sage HR and Payroll
- Administration
- Administration
- Click Security Profiles
- Click User
- Click Edit
- Ensure that only Read is selected
- Save
Now when ESS users log onto ESS, Click will only be able to view the Roles screen and not edit.
