Issue:

When configuring a user with full rights to GESAUS Path: (Setup > Users), the "New" button disappears or is greyed out when that user is trying to create another user. As such, they are unable to create a new user unless they log in with the full admin profile.

Resolution:

First log in with the full admin profile, and configure the user who needs to create new or additional users, by completing the below setup:

1. Navigate to the user from the admin profile Path: (Setup > Users)
2. View the Parameters TAB
3. Click Parameter search
4. Search for AUZFCT – Model of authorized profiles
5. The value in this parameter must be an (*) asterisk without the brackets
6. Click on OK

You can now logout of the admin user profile and login with the created user profile, who should now be able to create more user’s through Path: Setup > Users (the “New” button should not be greyed out or unavailable any longer and thus should allow the creation)
