Pay Exemption

Good Day. I would like to exempt certain deductions and earnings for a specific employee for a period of time before resuming. How do i set it up on the system.

I have setup earning codes on the employees contract  Exemption area but they are still visible on the payslip after calculation.

    I do apologize for the delayed response. 

    The Function ton use is Exception: Setup> Payroll plan> Exception

     

    Create an Exceptions and link the employee to be excluded to the on this screen. The employee should be excluded to the heading after.
