Sage EM: Search engine error : all shards failed

SOLVED

I have configured a new solution and all the services are up and running fine. Moreover, I have already completed Search Index Management. However when I am trying to search anything using Global Search feature in V12 P15, I received the below error:
"Search engine error : all shards failed"

I have tried restarting the machine / services. Can anyone help please?
