I please need some assistance in the a formula generation for the heading for the Medical Aid employee and employee contribution
This is my challenge the company pays only 75% of the employee medical aid and the 25% gets paid by the overall.
But for Example the total amount of the medical Aid is 8500 for the employee then 75% which is 6375 but the company only pays a maximum of 5000 per employee then the balance is then carried to the employee contribution 1375
So 2125 will be paid by the employee with the 1375 from the balance amount carried to the employee.
Please is anyone that can assist me with this formula on the heading for employee and employer contribution
