Hello Support,

I am a Sage 300Cloud Business Partner (and not Sage X3). I need access to Sage 300Cloud FTP site to download Installation Files and Product Updates. I have been informed that the FTP site is now under the care of Sage X3 and that I should contact Sage X3 via this Forum. Can I please have guidelines as to how I can access the said FTP site?
