User Restriction in customer wise and salesman wise

I want to restrict the user by customer wise and salesman wise, how to do this setup in Sage X3. please help.

Hi Fuad

Just so that I can understand your question - you want the X3 user to be restricted to a customer or group of customers?

Are you aware that you can define your sales rep as X3 users and link them to customers?

The Sales Rep can be already be associated with a customer. This is achieved in function GESGBP.

yes, we need to restrict the reports by group of customers or suppliers
