Can you send a screen shot of the error

Log onto the SQL server and delete the BI License database if it is there.

Then navigate to the C or whatever drive, Program Files -> Sage-> and search for an SQL database file for the BI License and delete it.

Also encountered the same issue, but unfortunately, your suggestion did not resolve the problem. Any other advice to troubleshoot?
