This is a how to on setting up email notification when license is expiring.

1. Set up a notification server (Administration>Administration>Notification server)

2. Setup a notification event (Administration>Collaboration>Notification events))

Nb. There are four event codes that can be setup namely;

1. license 

2. license_web_max

3. license_web_grace

4. license_web_warn
