Sage X3 Report Intelligence Client/Server

I need help regarding client/server Installation of Sage X3 Report Intelligence. I have been able to successfully run the Installation on both the server and client machine but when I run for example, the Report Manager without the "Run as Administrator" option, the application runs into error but when I run as an admin which obviously will prompt for admin password everything works just fine. It is a domain based network and raising the user's privilege to admin is a major issue. Any Idea on how to resolve this as I have tried lots of options I found online but none seems to have given the desired result.

    1. Is the person running report manager local admin on that machine.
    2. Is UAC turned off.
    3. Was this application installed by an admin or a normal user
    4. We suggest that the application be installed by an administrator who has domain rights.

    Thanks for your response AndrewV you're really appreciated. It is a domain network environment which means the user can not be giving any form of admin right. Yes the application was Installed with an admin right but when I try running using the normal user right it just prompts the error except I have to run with admin rights.
