What error are you encountering?

Pre-migration best practice steps require accounting task not to have any pending documents prior to migration. The process should be stopped before data extraction is initiated.

You can kill the account task process using 

 1. User monitor (PSADX, APSADS)

 2. Task manager in windows.

I have stop the accounting task and the batch server before extract data.I have also use the user monitor to kill process before extract data.

Please about the second method which is task manager in windows how do i know which task should i kill please .

you terminate either in user monitor or task manager. If you have terminated using user monitor then no need to use task manager.

The process id can be obtained in user monitor, you then track the process in task manager.
