ERR 505 en provenance du serveur d'édition

I'm getting the following error when trying to print any report from Sage X3 V11, and I have checked my Print Server and it is working fine. The Destination is Preview with PDF and the displays while the PDF is getting downloaded:

    Cause

    There is an issue with the Crystal drivers. 

    Resolution

    Unpublish, deconfigure, uninstall, reinstall, reconfigure, republish the print server.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    The Resolution worked, now i can print report once again. Something had happened with the Crystal drivers for sure.
