  1. Regenerate the workload (FUNMIWL)

Updating the work center capacity

  1. Step 1/2: reschedule the work orders going through this work center
  2. Step 2/2: regenerate the Workload table (FUNMIWL)

Workload out of sync with detailed operation loads

  1. Regenerate the Workload table (FUNMIWL)
  2. Review the Time-table schemas associated with the Weekly structures, and ensure the parameter DEFDIH (chapter GPA group LOA) is not empty.
  3. Review the number of resources used by the operation, which must not be more than the number of resources of the work center itself.

Load update with capacity exception wrong

  1. Step 1/2: reschedule the work orders going through this work center
  2. Step 2/2: recalculate loads (FUNMIWL)

From GESPJA function select the production site check the last calculation date is today or in the past but not too old.

From CONSMWK inquiry select the production site, choose grouping by work center and select the cork center

Click Operation loads button and drill to load in progress
