Known software update errors and how to resolve them

During the installation process, various factors might prevent the successful completion of the update.

• "Backup Failed" when making a Full System Backup before installing an update

• The "Next" button is greyed out and you are unable to continue with the update

• Sage Deploy Value cannot be null. Parameter name: path1

• Installation Wizard: Sage Deploy Could not properly initialize the Setup Wizard. Click OK and re-run the installer
