How do I install the 202302 backup

Good day 
 I have permission to login remotely to one of our clients payrolls. 
 I have to be able to get access the VIP_YE2023 
 The Icon show on their side but I have a backup to work from. What is the steps to follow?

Hello Renee, 
 Seems like you have access via Remote Desktop to your customers system. You will need to liaise with the IT team of your client, as they will need to create the server folder and extract the backup, and publish a shortcut for you to access the system.
