Hi Rowan, this issue seems to be related .NET Framework 4.8a not installed or updated on the workstation.
You can install .NET Framework 4.8 on the impacted computer to resolve this error by following one of the links below:
NOTE: We recommend that you request your IT department to assist you with the installation of the Microsoft software.
If you have updated .NET, and the issue persist, uninstall Sage VIP Runtime under your Control Panel > Programs and Features, and then open the system again which will automatically reinstall the required software.

Hi Francois, this does not work. It is showing that it already on the versions above. we are receiving COBOL errors when we try print screens on masterfile, and load new employees, and then the payroll closes each time. Is there a patch yet?

This update is a nightmare with all the error files. even after installing the patch files, my system is still giving me errors. my Company 2 disappeared but its now busy doing a EVS update. I'm hoping after this updating of employees EVS it will all be fine.
