Unfortunately this does not solve the issue. I know there was a patch file a view releases ago.

there is a patch file for the UI19 but not relating to error you are currently getting

Thanks - so what will be the next step? all the other reports print fine.

Someone will need to have a look at your system (remotely) to assess the cause. Do you  have a BP you work with? If yes, you can email them. Alternatively you can see if Sage can assist.
