Update 2023/03/28

If you receive this error message when you access the sysem for the first time after installing the update, please ensure to download and install the latest software installation file dated 2023/03/13 from the Sage Portal. We have made changes to the software that will result in a successful update. It is important that Microsoft.NET Framework 4.8 is installed on the computer or server where the update and data conversion is done.

We are aware of this reported issue, which appears when converting data to the new version, after updating to Release 6.0a.

The error relates to old data records in the payroll, which cannot be converted for the Employment Verification Services (EVS) database.
