After careful consideration aligned to our vision of being a great SaaS (Software as a Service) business, we have decided to end the service of our Sage Premier Hosted environment - with effect 30 September 2022.

What options do you have?
Depending on your business needs and requirements, we recommend the following Sage Solutions.
- Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional
This intuitive HR & Payroll cloud software solution will transform the way you connect with your workforce, enabling a highly productive environment that is secure and legislatively compliant. This solution can accommodate an unlimited number of employees across multiple companies and countries and can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. There will be minimal migration cost, should you decide to move to this solution, as we only need to migrate your existing Premier database to the cloud platform. This option will be suitable for everyone who does not currently make use of Premier HR, Premier ESS (Employee Self Service), Smart reports, Sage Intelligence, or any ODBC solutions.
- Sage 300 People Managed Cloud Services
Sage Managed Cloud Services allows customers access to Sage 300 People via a secure, stable, and reliable online platform. It offers an integrated payroll, HR and self-service solution that increases productivity and drives growth in your company. If your company is growing, this product is strongly recommended due to its powerful capabilities. Please plan your workload in advance to accommodate the move to Sage 300 People as the process will take some time and cannot be performed on short notice.
- Sage VIP Premier HR and Payroll (On-Site/Desktop)
The option is available for if you choose to move back to your own server environment, using the Premier Product as an inhouse solution. If you use Premier HR, Premier ESS, or ODBC, and you do not want to move to another product or hosting supplier, this would be our recommendation. If you decide to move to this desktop solution, there will be no migration costs as we only need to restore the database. However, your certified business partner will discuss any consulting or engagement costs with you.
- 3rd Party Hosting supplier
This option is available if you do not want to move back to your own server environment, and you do not want to move to a new product. We can provide you with names of 3rd party hosting suppliers to contact for quotations.
